Here is what you get:

• Assist you with vendor recommendations for your corporate event and make those connections

• Email communication and scheduled phone calls up through event

• Two scheduled zoom consultations in the beginning months of event planning and two scheduled zoom consultations to discuss your details closer, beginning at 8 weeks out from your event date

• Assist with décor and rental selection for your theme along with set up and breakdown.

• Find vendors that match your budget and style and facilitate bookings for your event starting from first booking

• Team planning up to and through the day of your event. We will work with you and / or your administrative assistant to develop the right idea you want executed 

• Producing detailed proposals for events, such as, timelines, venues, suppliers, and staffing

• Ensuring insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations are adhered to.

• Registration and check in assistance.

• Planning room layouts and the entertainment program

• Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently 

• Breakfast, am snack, lunch, and pm snack set up/breakdown coordination with catering. ​

Day of Event Management / Onsite Coordinator Only:

• Breakfast Set Up and Breakdown: $200

• Lunch Set Up and Breakdown: $200

• Full day (up to 7 hours) Set Up and Breakdown: $400
